Their home grown business is a reflection of their character and their values. They did high quality work, kept us out of trouble from our sometimes bad ideas, communicated effectively and at reasonable price. They are honest and keep to the schedule. Later when we had a minor issue (which could have easily been due to house settling) no questions asked they came out and made a repair. We did a mid sized renovation and they did a beautiful kitchen Island and some small to medium sized projects around the rest of the house and we couldn’t be happier. We own a 1961 brick ranch that we have lived in for almost 22 years. We have done minimal work in the years we have lived here except for the landscaping. With kids 'grown and flown' we finally decided to make some major decision: to move or to renovate. WOW! That's what Kirsten and her team did - WOW me! This was the first major product I've done on my home since I purchased it 5 years ago and it was a big one! I was referred to them and once we were in contact, they were great to work with. Reggie came over to scope out the work and then Kirsten worked her magic in the office. COVID caused some worker shortages but once the work was scheduled, they came through and completed things in a professional and timely manner. I am VERY pleased with my new roof and siding provided by Dwell Well. After receiving quotes from 3 companies, I chose Dwell Well because they were able to match my Insurance coverage amount and because of their excellent customer service. They responded within a few hours to every question I had. They worked directly with the insurance company so that I didn't have to try to figure out what some of the terminology was. The job was quoted as a 14-day project by the other companies, but Dwell Well finished in a week. My house has been restored to its pre-storm look. I recommend Reggie & Kirsten without reservation!!!!
