In this beautifully preserved 1920s Grant Park bungalow, the unfinished attic was transformed into a serene primary suite, complete with a living area, dressing room, and elegantly appointed en-suite. The bathroom pairs historic charm with refined touches, featuring a freestanding tub, classic hardware, and stone tile that nods to old-world design. Original 1920s doors were repurposed to maintain the home’s character, and a newly constructed staircase with custom railings and restored spindles creates a graceful connection to the upper floor. Every element was thoughtfully selected to honor the home’s history while offering modern comfort and luxury.
