Prompted by unexpected water damage, this remodel became an opportunity to thoughtfully reimagine—and restore—a space to better serve a growing family’s daily rhythm. The client chose to preserve the main wall of cabinetry while completely redesigning the adjacent layout to maximize storage and function. Fresh paint unified old and new elements, creating a seamless, cohesive look. We added a custom beverage station and a pass-through window bar for effortless outdoor service—perfect for family gatherings. What began as a restoration project became a personalized reinvention of the home’s most loved space.
